Is there a minimum term?
No. The subscription is monthly and can be cancelled anytime from your customer area, effective at the end of the month already paid.
How fast is my server delivered?
The delivery time is shown on every offer: a few minutes for a VPS, from under an hour to 24 hours for a dedicated server. It starts once payment is confirmed (a few business days for SEPA debit).
What access will I get?
Full root access (administrator on Windows). Install and configure whatever you like.
How does payment work?
By card or SEPA direct debit, through Stripe. Payment is collected monthly and an invoice is emailed automatically.
VPS or dedicated server?
A VPS is a reserved share of a powerful server, ideal for a website, an API or a bot. A dedicated server is a whole machine for you alone: for big workloads, virtualisation or heavy compute.
Where is my data hosted?
In Europe only (France, Germany or Finland depending on current offers). The exact city is shown on every offer.
Is my data backed up?
You stay in control of your backups: we recommend automating them to another storage location. Email us if you would like help.
